About Heidi Gray
Heidi is a Business Wellness Coach based in the Gympie Region. She supports Gympie and surrounding areas with:
- in-person support
- telephone and video calls.
Growing up in northern NSW and attending senior boarding school in Toowoomba, Heidi has a connection with communities either side of the border. After taking a break from travel consulting in 2018 to help out on her family farm during the drought, Heidi experienced firsthand the devastating effect drought has on families and the community as a whole. This motivated Heidi to study counselling and psychology, providing her with the skills and opportunity to support families affected by drought, flooding and COVID-19.
Previously, Heidi worked as a Wellness Counsellor delivering counselling, health promotion workshops and school-based wellbeing programs to primary aged children. Heidi also worked on the ground in the NSW Northern Rivers after the March 2022 flood event, providing immediate support for farming families and communities as well as ongoing support through counselling and community events.
Heidi has completed a Diploma of Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is undertaking postgraduate studies in psychology research part-time. She has a genuine passion for supporting primary producers by providing a safe and relaxed counselling approach and enjoys working together to build skills to promote better wellbeing.
Heidi works with a team of Wellness Coaches located throughout Southern Queensland.
