About Fred Clark

Fred is a Rural Financial Counsellor based in Roma. He supports South West Queensland primary producers in Maranoa and surrounding areas.

Fred is passionate about working alongside primary producers to help them create efficient and profitable operations. He enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge so primary producers can improve their financial situation and achieve the best result for their farm business.

Growing up on a family cattle property just outside Roma and now operating this property as a 4th generation grazier, Fred knows only too well about the challenges of running a farm business, particularly in tough conditions.

Since the family cattle property was transitioned to Fred in 2021, he has applied technology, science and best financial practice to the operations of the property. His dream is to pass a thriving and profitable family cattle property onto his kids, so they can enjoy the country way of life as 5th generation graziers.

Before returning to the Roma area in 2021, Fred was an Officer in the Australian Army and also worked in the Defence Industries.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Masters of Project Management. He works with a team of Financial Counsellors located throughout Southern Queensland.
